Our requisition process is detailed and focused. In addition to discussing the role and its responsibilities, we look into the reporting structure of the department, the history and culture of the team, and the desired personality traits that would best complement everyone involved. We'll identify your interview committee, establish pre-set interview dates, and ensure that everyone is properly informed at the onset of the search.

To start off the search, we put the role in question through a detailed 32-point data discovery process.

After the intake, we come together to discuss the competitive landscape and compile a comprehensive list of known prospects. We then evaluate unknown candidates operating within the competitive market and stack rank all the potentials in order of interest.

In our outreach, we exclusively work the phones. We do not post any requisitions online. In our eyes, this is and always has been a relationship led business.

We manage as much or as little of your interview process as you are comfortable with. Our intent is to provide you with exceptional candidates and step in to assist as needed.

Once the finalist candidate has been identified, we utilize a targeted pre-close call to objectively report any insights the Hiring Executive(s) may need or want to be informed about. This also allows us to get a feel for the candidate and where they are at mentally. Our model for negotiating anything is based upon a mutual win-win arrangement, keeping the client and candidate in mind.

We stay with you to ensure proper delivery and timely responses to all pre-hire compliance needs per candidate. From there, we continually check in with you and the candidate to ensure mutual satisfaction.
