Randy Fawcett is the Founder and Principal of Avail Search. He directs day-to-day operations along with overseeing both client and candidate experiences. He’s been in the U.S. employee benefits industry for nearly a quarter of a century.

Randy’s heart lives in his family. He is a true family man. His work lives within his values. His perseverance to be consistent, his disciplined focus, along with his unwavering sense of grit ground Randy into a tenacious and prosperous work ethic.

Prior to launching Avail Search in 2024, Randy served as the Director of Insurance & Financial Services for WorldBridge Partners of Omaha. His accomplishments at WorldBridge included:
