WHAT TO EXPECT

We assist and coordinate every interview. You'll know exactly who you are meeting with, and when. You’ll be educated on the position, its requirements, and the background of the Executive(s) you’ll be meeting with. We move quickly to debrief you, and the Hiring Executive(s), openly sharing one another's mutual feedback. This practice is continued throughout the entirety of the interview process, per opportunity.

  • We schedule a call to discuss the competitive landscape and understand your career goals and ambitions.

    You are in control of every action taken. Nothing is said, nor shared, without your expressed consent. Protecting your confidentiality is of utmost importance.

  • We gather your current, properly formatted resume and compile your candidate write-up. The write-up is comprehensive beyond your professional skills and is based on your responses to 107 industry-specific questions.

    From here, we confidentially begin to present you to the competitive market. This is the real value of working with us. You'll be well informed, per company and per opportunity, with multiple touchpoints each week.

  • We begin to match you with opportunities and schedule everything for you. The time and medium (phone / virtual / in-person / on-site) are communicated to you to ensure you know exactly who you will be speaking with & what to expect per discussion. Our debriefs are timely (either the day of or the following day) to accurately capture your thoughts and determine next steps. We remain actively involved to ensure you receive a timely experience per opportunity.

  • When a company expresses interest in moving to the offer stage with you, we will negotiate a mutual win-win arrangement that is equitable to both candidate and client. Expect open communication and honesty throughout this process.

  • We maintain constant communication with you throughout your onboarding experience ensuring satisfaction and prosperity.
